This Summer, Anthem will begin the construction of the Kinglet by Big Lake Entry Park. This beautifully landscaped space will live at the East entrance into Edmonton’s newest northwest community, where families and homebuyers can discover a neighbourhood and new home, right for them.

Full of Plant Life

Once completed, this picturesque space will stretch across 1.2 acres of land and include 120 trees with such species as Chokecherry, Jack Pine, Trembling Aspen, Green Alder and White Spruce. Space along 215th Street will also encompass over 100 trees and 600 shrubs with species that include Autumn Blaze Maple, American Elm, Prickly Wild Rose, Gold Coast Juniper, and Arctic Fire Dogwood. Nestled in between the trees will be space for people to walk and surround themselves in nature and fresh air.

Welcome to the Neighbourhood

The Entry Park will provide residents of Kinglet with a grander sense of arrival as they come home after a day exploring the nearby amenities and life’s essentials. Shopping at West Edmonton Mall or the Currents of Windermere. Spending an evening out at Edmonton’s Ice District enjoying dining and entertainment with friends. Shuttling the kids home from the nearby daycare or early morning hockey practice at Servus Credit Union Place Recreation Centre becomes a breeze. Whatever it is that has you out and about and away from your new home, you’ll be welcomed home by nature’s embrace.
